Jessica McClung is an associate in the Hopewell Junction office of Ahmuty, Demers & McManus.
During her first year of law school, Ms. McClung joined the Firm in 2005 as a full-time law clerk and was admitted to the New York bar in 2009. Ms. McClung has been involved in substantive motion practice as well as all aspects of discovery and trial preparation. She has assisted in the defense of various school districts in a variety of general liability matters, including claims of negligent supervision of students, sports and equipment cases and premises liability claims.
In law school, Ms. McClung was awarded the CALI Academic Excellence Award in Trusts & Estates, Professional Responsibility, International Human Rights and received the Bessie Ray Geffner Award.
