• Jeffrey Hawkins Obtains Defense Verdict in Catastrophic Commercial Premises Liability Case Venued in Supreme Court, Queens County
Jeffrey Hawkins of ADM’s New York City office tried a commercial premises liability case to verdict in October 2021 over three weeks. Plaintiff claimed a number of catastrophic injuries, the most significant being a traumatic brain injury resulting in significant cognitive deficits. After less than a half-hour of deliberations, the jury unanimously returned a verdict in favor of our client.
