Joshua Michaelson focuses his practice on defending cases involving construction site accidents, premises liability, and property damage.
Prior to joining the firm, Joshua worked as a law clerk for a real estate transactional firm where he conducted closings, performed due diligence, and drafted contracts and lease agreements. Joshua also worked as an intern for a boutique copyright infringement law firm on Long Island where he acted zealously on behalf of artists and creators alongside the head partner in the federal courts.
During his tenure at The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Joshua was a member of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program in which he volunteered to assist low-income individuals with their tax filings at no cost to the taxpayer. He additionally participated in the Intensive Trial Techniques Program held by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and was a final trial winner in the E. David Woycik Jr. Intensive Trial Techniques program. He was also an active member of the Real Estate Law Society and Sports and Sports & Entertainment Law Society.
