Monique focuses her practice on defending cases involving premises liability, property damage, construction defects, construction site accidents, automobile liability, and products liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Monique worked as an intern for the Legal Council of Chicago where she worked closely on the supplemental security income homeless outreach project helping homeless individuals with disabilities acquire benefits. Monique also worked as a legal intern for the Office of Administrative Hearings in New York City where she assisted several of the administrative law Judges.
During her tenure at St. John's law school, Monique served on the Economic Justice Clinic where was an advocate for individuals whose government benefits had been compromised. She was also a member of the Vincentian Mission Fellows, a two year community service project mentoring and tutoring at-risk homeless youth in low income neighborhoods.
