Experience

Henri A. Demers is a Partner in the Albertson office.  Prior to joining the Firm more than three decades ago, he worked as a staff attorney for a major casualty insurer, beginning a career in defending a wide variety of complex legal matters through trial.

In his years with ADM, Mr. Demers has litigated and tried a broad array of cases ranging from matters involving complex insurance coverage, product liability, construction and Labor Law, professional liability, transportation liability, security, environmental and toxic tort liability, high exposure general liability and others. Mr. Demers has also argued appeals in the State and Federal courts, has been invited to lecture at State and local bar associations on various topics related to the defense of litigated matters, and is involved in ADM's ongoing training of the firm's associates. He holds the highest rating (AV) in Martindale-Hubbell.
