Catherine A. Mirabel is a Partner in ADM's Albertson office. She focuses her practice of defending cases involving healthcare malpractice, dental malpractice, construction site accidents, and commercial litigation.
Ms. Mirabel co-authored a chapter in the New York State Bar Association and Medical Society of the State of New York publication: Legal Manual for New York Physicians (2004). She also served the Defense Research Institute in multiple capacities and authored a chapter on discovery and trial for the DRI Publication “HIPAA Best Practices Guide” (2004). Further, Ms. Mirabel is a long time member of the New York State Medical Defense Bar Association, having served as its Secretary (2001-2005), President (2006-2008), and as a Board Member (2008-Present).
