Jarif H. Khan focuses his practice on defending cases involving automobile liability, construction site accidents, premises liability, and property damage.
Prior to joining the firm, Jarif worked as an intern at a national defense law firm where he assisted on toxic tort litigation and co-authored a Law360 article addressing the rise of weight loss drugs including GLP-1 agonists and the potential future litigation arising from their use. Jarif also worked as an intern for a Nassau County Supreme Court Justice, where he observed trials, hearings, and conferences and drafted memoranda of law analyzing possible outcomes of pending dispositive motions.
During his tenure at St. John’s University School of Law, Jarif was a staff member of the New York Real Property Law Journal, where he drafted case notes on recent decisions and developments in property law. He also founded and served as the president of the Muslim Law Students Association, where he organized fundraisers, religious speaker lectures, and community-focused events during the holy month of Ramadan.
