Sachika H. Yadav focuses her practice on defending cases involving construction site accidents, construction defects, and premises liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Sachika worked for a civil litigation firm where she conducted legal research and wrote legal memorandums on various matters of labor/employment law.
During her tenure at St. John’s University School of Law, Sachika interned as a student attorney for the Economic Justice Clinic in partnership with the New York Legal Assistance Group, to offer free comprehensive legal services in civil law matters to low-income New Yorkers who otherwise cannot afford or access legal services. She also served as a staff member on the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development as well as Vice President for both the Coalition for Social Justice and the Family Law and Child Advocacy Society.
