Sean P. Cunningham is an Associate in the New York City office of Ahmuty, Demers & McManus. He concentrates his practice on the defense of complex civil litigation matters, including New York Labor Law claims, construction site accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, property damage, automobile liability and products liability. He represents owners, contractors and insured entities throughout all phases of litigation, from initial investigation through discovery, motion practice and resolution.
Mr. Cunningham brings a unique depth of experience to his practice having worked with the firm throughout his legal education. This early and continuous involvement has provided him with a strong foundation in litigation strategy, case evaluation and client advocacy, allowing him to deliver efficient and practical legal solutions.
While attending the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Mr. Cunningham participated in the Intensive Trial Techniques Program developed by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, where he gained hands-on courtroom and trial skills. He was also a member of the Hofstra Law/Northwell Health Medical-Legal Partnership, where he conducted independent research with a medical student on the role and impact of medical-legal partnerships in New York State.
