Experience

Frederick B. Soller joined ADM in 2009 and is an Associate in the Albertson office.

Mr. Soller is involved in all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, drafting and arguing substantive motions, mediation, settlement, trial preparation and trials.  Mr. Soller regularly defends cases involving New York's Labor Law, negligence, premises liability, maritime law, property damage, products liability, automobile accidents and asbestos exposure.

Mr. Soller also supports partners Frank A. Cecere and Andria Simone Kelly, in pre-trial litigation and trial preparation for complex litigation matters.
