Experience

Brendan A. Bertoli is a partner in ADM's Albertson office.  He joined ADM in 2014 and became a partner in 2023.

Mr. Bertoli's practice primarily consists of the defense of civil claims in New York State and Federal Courts to and through trial.  

He represents insured, self-insured, and uninsured entities and individuals. In this role he has litigated high-exposure transportation accidents, New York Labor Law claims against owners and general contractors, and premises liability claims against clients in various industries including retail, hospitality, and healthcare.

Mr. Bertoli’s practice also include real estate litigation involving claims of encroachment, trespass, adverse possession, nuisance, and property damage.

He has also represented utility contactors in administrative and criminal proceedings before the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings and local courts.

Mr. Bertoli has served as an alumni coach at St. John's University School of Law’s Moot Court Honor Society since 2021.
