• Frederick Soller Obtains Defense Verdict in Motor Vehicle Accident Case Venued in Supreme Court, Kings County
ADM's Frederick Soller, a partner in the Albertson office, recently tried a motor vehicle accident case involving a pedestrian knockdown. At trial we argued that the Plaintiff suddenly and unexpectedly popped out from behind an elevated subway stanchion, at least 20 feet from the nearest crosswalk. The Plaintiff alleged soft tissue injuries to her left foot and back, as well as post traumatic headaches, vertigo and visual disturbances suspicious of a brainstem lesion. After 2 hours of deliberations, the jury unanimously found that our client was not negligent.
